Creake Abbey Farmers’ Markets

Currently modified to satisfy social distancing requirements the market takes place on the 1st Saturday of each month (excluding January). This award winning market welcomes over 50 stall holders with fresh local produce including meat, fresh vegetables, fruit and flowers in season, cheeses, beer, local wine, logs and more. (More…)

The Creake Abbey Food Hall and takeaway service is open 5 days a week. Takeaway breakfast, lunch and tea daily with outside seating. The Food Hall offers bread, milk and cooking staples plush fresh vegetables, wine and beer together with a fantastic deli counter.

Creake Abbey – Food Hall, Shops and Services

Creake Abbey is home to a fully stocked Food Hall, fantastic independent shops and services plus an award winning farmers’ market together with the ruins of an Augustinian abbey founded in 1206.

Opening Times (social distancing in operation)

Creake Abbey Food Hall and take away service (the Café remains closed)
Open 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday 10am – 5pm (to 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays from 10th July to end of August)
Full deli counter, fresh bread, seasonal fruit and vegetables. Take away service from the Café area with plenty of outside seating available.

Creake Abbey Dog Policy

Dogs are welcome at Creake Abbey across the site but must be on a lead at all times.  Dog waste bins are provided at the abbey ruins and near the exit lane near the Courtyard Shops.  Please do not take a dirty or wet dog into shops.  Only guide dogs allowed in the Food Hall.
