This much-loved horticultural event, now in its fourteenth year, will return on Saturday 29th May 2021. Purchasing direct from the nurseries is welcomed but we will also encourage pre-orders with collection on the day to reduce time spent around stalls. Contact details for all nurseries attending will be published below by 23rd April so that visitors may contact nurseries in advance if they wish to.
Plantsmen from Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex as well as leading nurseries from further afield will be on hand to inspire the region’s gardeners. This year’s event will once again feature excellent value perennials, annuals, exotics, bulbs, shrubs, climbers and vegetables.
As always, visitors to Creake Abbey will be offered delicious refreshments (predominately take away).
Visitors may also browse the wares and services of Creake Abbey’s six resident independent shops together with the Café and Food Hall. A simple one-way system will be in operation, all must wear masks (inside and out) and respect social distancing guidelines taking special care around the specialist nurseries if they look busy.
The gate opens at 10am and closes at 4pm. Entrance to the plant fair is £4.50 per adult and there is no charge for under 16s. The rest of the site is free to visitors.
