August Farmers’ Market

The August Farmers’ Market takes place on Saturday 3rd August between 9.30am and 1pm. Over 50 food and drink producers from across the region Popcorn 2 (Small)supply outstanding fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit, meat of all kinds including pork, lamb, beef and poultry, cakes, tray bakes, cupcakes, dairy produce, artisan beer, apple juice, artisan breads, morning goods, puddings, pies, tarts (sweet and savoury), olives and prepared meals made with the finest local ingredients.    The new Café and Food Hall will be open with bookings taken from 1.30pm.

In August the following regular producers will not attend due to commitments elsewhere: Good Taste (Gae Stubbings) and Baan Thai Foods.

In the Main Barn – Ethnic Fusion Indian Cooking (orders can be placed in advance by calling Madhu on 01362 638449), Laura’s Scrumptious Cakes, Bread Source (artisan sour dough breads and morning goods), Olives & Stuff, The Old Fashioned Pudding Company, Bonnallack Home Cooked, Martin’s Farm (fresh poultry and more), Foxley Wood Aberdeen Angus, Jimmy Denny’s Alburgh Lamb, Crush Foods (rapeseed oil and products), Bray’s Cottage Pork Pies, Scrubby Oak Fine Foods (speciality vinegars), Richard Emery Honey, Ian Wright pork, The English Spirit Company and Hands-on-Preserves.

In the East Barn – Sandringham Fruit Farm, Rhubarb and Custard (puddings), Trish Le Gal (allotment grown leaves and flowers), Pye Bakery, Great Walsingham Barns pies puds and tarts, Amber Chocolates, Time for Tea cakes, The General Store, Pointens Dairy and Christabel’s salads.

In the Tin Barn – Good Taste (Provencal delicacies), The Ole Slewfoot Brewery, Ollie’s Pet Pawtisserie, Philli Chillies, Coffee Magic, Rita Holland Sheepskins and accessories, The Fruit Pig Company (award winning pork), Scarlett & Mustard and Marsh Pig Charcuterie (also award winning).
