In the third heat of the North Norfolk Food and Drink Festival’s Local Food Challenge, we will see Stuart Hall from Titchwell Manor demonstrating his skills with market produce in the cookery theatre at 10am. If you have time please stay to watch as he selects, preps and cooks two dishes in an hour.
